Assumption Catholic Church

GriefShare is a 13-week, Christ-centered, biblically-based support group seminar. A grieving person can join at any time during the 13 weeks. Each session shows a video presentation followed by a small group discussion about the video.

Meetings will begin on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at 6:00 pm in Kohl’s Hall and will run for 13 weeks.

iCare Grief Support Group

The newly bereaved and those continuing to grieve a loved one are always welcome.

All Bereaved: Monday, February 5, 2024, 10:00 – 11:30 AM Saint John Paul II Chapel for six weeks. 

This group provides comfort and gentle guidance as you walk through the journey of grief, mourning and bereavement using the iCare Grief Support Program as well as other resources.

Grief specialist professionals lead Grief Support groups.

 St. John Paul II Ministry of Consolation Men’s Grief Support Group

We welcome all men who are grieving the loss of a loved one recently, or in the past to come together to share their journey through grief. 

Meetings will be held beginning on March 8, 2024, 10:30 – Noon for six weeks in the Chapel at St John Paul II, 27 Stone Mason Way, Ponte Vedra. 

The iCare Grief Support program along with other resources, will be utilized as a framework for guidance and support. Professional grief specialists lead Grief Support groups.
