Its purpose is to help those who have lost a loved one work through the grieving process. Members can participate at their own pace, with no pressure to talk if they do not feel comfortable doing so. The Group is comprised of members who have experienced various emotions since their loss. It provides a safe place for people to mourn their loss and an opportunity to be heard, helped and cared for.
